This website is operated by Tadpole Productions Ltd, trading as AvidBody. Tadpole Productions Ltd is a company incorporated in New Zealand. References to "AvidBody", "we", "us" and "our" throughout these Terms of Service refer to Tadpole Productions Ltd.
A note before the fine print
We've written these terms to be readable, not to protect ourselves from you. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to fix it — that's the basis on which Avidbody operates.
1. Who we are
Avidbody is a New Zealand-based authorised reseller of Frank's Pants leakproof underwear. We sell to customers in New Zealand.

2. Your rights — our starting point
The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you rights as a consumer that we cannot take away, limit, or override. Under the CGA, every product we sell must be:
- Of acceptable quality
- Fit for the purpose it's sold for
- Accurately described
These rights exist regardless of anything else in these terms. The Consumer Guarantees Act isn't just a legal obligation — it reflects how we think business should be done. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy: a repair, replacement, or refund. We will not argue with that.
The Fair Trading Act 1986 also applies. We will not mislead you about our products, pricing, or policies.
New Zealand law governs these terms and any dispute arising from a purchase on this site.
3. Our products
We sell Frank's Pants leakproof underwear — genuine products sourced directly as an authorised New Zealand reseller. Product descriptions, sizing guidance, and care instructions are provided as accurately as possible.
If a product doesn't match its description, the Consumer Guarantees Act applies.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise indicated. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
If a pricing error occurs on the site, we'll contact you before processing your order.
5. Shipping
We ship within New Zealand. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates — we'll let you know if something changes.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Full stop.
7. Privacy
We collect personal information only to process your order and communicate with you. We will never sell your data to third parties. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Our liability
Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act — which always take precedence — our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we'll always work to resolve them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with an updated date.
