How many pairs?
The Ultra is the ultimate leakproof underwear for men who want protection with comfort and smart technology built in. This innovative design combines a soft, normal looking boxer brief with a detachable, washable pad that locks in leaks, keeping you completely dry and confident all day.
Each pair comes with 3 pads, each holding up to 50ml (150ml total across all three). One pad clips securely into the inside of the pants at a time, right where leaks happen, giving you more capacity than The Active or Everyday without obvious medical styling. Simply swap to a fresh pad when needed, then unclip, wash, reuse and you're back to normal underwear that no one would ever guess is leakproof.
Top Tip: Wash before first wear to activate full absorbency.
Size & Fit
Mid-rise boxer brief with a supportive, relaxed hold. The pad system is slim and flexible — sewn to sit smooth against the body with no bunching and nothing visible under clothes.
Frank's Pants run small. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Body: 95% Cotton / 5% Elastane
Breathable TPU
Middle: 80% Polyester / 20% Nylon
Lining: 92% Modal / 8% Elastane
- Machine wash 30–40°C, gentle cycle, with similar colours
- Avoid fabric softener — it reduces absorbency
- Do not tumble dry — line or hang dry to maintain panel performance

We ship across New Zealand with tracking. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn items. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Will it feel bulky or noticeable?
No. The leakproof protection is built into the fabric — no padding feel, nothing visible under clothes. They look and feel like regular underwear, because that's what they are.
How much does it hold?
150ml total — three washable pads are included, each holding up to 50ml. One pad clips securely into place at a time. When it reaches capacity, swap to a fresh pad, wash the used one and reuse. Significantly more capacity than The Active or Everyday, without any medical-looking bulk.
Can I wear it for sport or the gym?
Yes. The breathable, 4-way stretch fabric is built to move with you — gym sessions, runs, cycling, long days on your feet. The Active in particular is designed with active days in mind.
Is it reusable and machine washable?
Yes. Wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle. No fabric softener — it reduces absorbency. Don't tumble dry. With proper care they'll last for years. No disposables, no ongoing cost.
